Radhika Dirks
CEO & Co-Founder of XLabs
Radhika Dirks

Radhika Dirk's artificial intelligence leadership includes co-founding Seldn, an AI start-up that accurately predicted the rise of ISIS two weeks before the New York Times coined the term, and her work as CEO and co-founder of XLabs, a moonshot factory for artificial intelligence innovations that is already solving huge problems—like getting closer to the cure for cancer. Her latest AI has found potential cures for 11 cancers within 1.5 years of launch. Radhika is an authentic tech visionary, and her work has led to her being named one of Forbes’ 30 Women in AI to Watch and one of Deloitte’s top women in the AI world. She founded and leads the only other Moonshot Factory that exists outside of Google. In an age of rapid advancement in generative AI, Radhika stands out as one of the most crucial voices of our time.

Opening Keynote

DAY 1: Wednesday, September 27
10:00 A.M. – 11:30 A.M.

The Human Implications of Generative AI

With new technologies pushing the frontiers of what’s humanly possible, the rules of innovation have radically changed. So how can we stay ahead of innovation in times of ambiguity and flux? A quantum physicist-turned-entrepreneur, Radhika Dirks is the CEO and co-founder at XLabs: the only company in the world making AI moonshots a reality. She proves that we can combine human intelligence with artificial intelligence to enhance, rather than displace, our own humanity. In this thought-provoking talk, Radhika discusses how to know when the existing tools for innovation are no longer applicable, and how to swap them with new, next-generation methods. Audiences will leave with a newfound perspective on how your organization can stay fresh, smart, and relevant — and make the world a better place while you’re at it.

Erin Brockovich
Environmental Activist & Consumer Advocate
Erin Brockovich

Say the name Erin Brockovich and you think, strong, tough and stubborn. Erin is all that and definitely more. She is a modern-day “David” who loves a good brawl with today’s “Goliaths”. She thrives on being the voice for those who don’t know how to yell. She is a rebel. She is a fighter. She is a mother. She is a woman. She is you and me.

It’s been over 15 years since Julia Roberts starred in the Oscar-winning tour de force, Erin Brockovich. The film turned an unknown legal researcher into a 20th century icon by showcasing how her dogged persistence was the impelling force behind the largest medical settlement lawsuit in history. Since then, Erin hasn’t been resting on her laurels…she continues to fight hard and win big!

Closing Keynote

DAY 3: FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 29
1:00 P.M. – 2:00 P.M.

The Power of One

Erin Brockovich is one of those rare individuals whose own true story has become part of our public consciousness. Seen by millions as a symbol of American justice and the importance of fighting for the truth, Brockovich continues to speak out on behalf of those who can’t. After uncovering a 30-year long history of poisoning the groundwater in Hinkley, CA by PG&E, Brockovich dug in and didn’t give up until she had exposed the truth — and had gotten justice for its victims. She truly is proof that one person can make a difference, and she believes that everyone — in their own way — can do the same.
